Terms of Business
The following documents together comprise out terms of business
- The General Terms set out the bulk of the contractual arrangements which apply to all products and account types. You will also find information on the language and methods of communication we use, the method and frequency of how we will communicate information about your account to you, and how we will deal with your funds held with us.
- The Products Rates and Conditions explain all the intracasies of our products, including spreads, rates and other associated fees.
- Our Risk Warning Notice is an important document which summarises the key risks involved in margined trading on an underlying product. It also explains leverage, the nature of margined trading, and volatility
How we trade with you is explained in out Best Execution Policy. It also provides information on how we execute your orders, and how we construct our prices.
Our Conflict of Interest Policy explains how possible conflicts between our interests, other clients' interests, and your interests may arise, and how we guard against this.
